The Crescendo Chapter of the Guilds of Segerstrom Center for the Arts Celebrity Speaker Series presents -The Spirit of America with Marla Kavanaugh.

Marla Kavanaugh, the leading soprano in over 20 operas will present “The Spirit of America” performance. A “crossover” entertainer, she has added many Broadway songs to her program. She has performed with Leonard Bernstein and Placido Domingo. A Lincoln Center debut came in 2014, followed a Carnegie Hall debut in 2015. Her husband Daniel Rodriguez, tenor and former NYPD police officer, will also sing at the performance.
