Founded in 1987, Attila Glatz Concert Productions produces, promotes, and manages classical, jazz, folk, country, film and video game music performances worldwide.

The company’s signature presentation is the beloved New Year’s Concert, Salute to Vienna. Presented annually in more than 20 major concert halls from the Lincoln Center to Roy Thomson Hall, this concert series will celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2020.

Salute to Vienna returned to the city of its inspiration for over 100 intimate Operetta in Concert performances at Vienna’s prestigious Wiener Konzerthaus. The largest Salute to Vienna production, filmed at the Konzerthaus for public television in 2013 aired more than 1,000 times on PBS channels. Co-hosted by Academy Award-winner Maximilian Schell, and mezzo-soprano Frederica von Stade, this live-taped performance featured the Vienna Boys Choir and world-renowned singers including British tenor, Russell Watson. For their tireless dedication and passion in cultivating and promoting Viennese musical traditions, co-founders Marion and Attila Glatz were awarded the Austrian Government’s Decoration of Merit in Gold.

In recent years, Attila Glatz Concert Productions has been proud to present many live in concert feature films played full-length on an HD screen while a full orchestra, often joined by choirs or soloists, perform the score note-for-note. These blockbuster and award-winning films include: the Harry Potter™ Film Concert Series, Gladiator Live, The Godfather Live, Jurassic Park in Concert and Amadeus Live.

Other Attila Glatz Concert Productions highlights have included an exclusive engagement of Plácido Domingo as well as tours with Greek tenor Mario Frangoulis, a Strauss/Gershwin Gala in Vienna featuring the late Gregory Peck, tours of Irish country singer Nathan Carter, Distant Worlds: music from FINAL FANTASY, Lord of the Rings Symphony, Natalie Dessay Sings Michel Legrand, and two annual productions: Bravissimo! Opera’s Greatest Hits, an annual New Year’s Eve concert in Toronto at Roy Thomson Hall.
