De Angelis Vocal Ensemble, led by founder and Artistic Director Matthew Gray is a professional ensemble of 18 voices. Founded in 2005, the Ensemble is dedicated to the highest quality of music performances. Gray is committed to preserving the great classical choral music tradition. He has pulled together a group of eighteen professional singers from the southern California area, who, like him, are passionate about well-prepared music and who are dedicated to the highest standard of performance. He is further committed to aggressively pursing new ideas and methods of performance presentation.
