In 1998, members of the Garden Grove City Council, community, and business leaders came together with a common goal: to create an organization that would enhance the quality of life for Garden Grove residents and businesses. Out of their efforts came the Garden Grove Community Foundation (GGCF). Founded as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the Foundation helped to create a better image of Garden Grove regionally, showcasing this community’s unique features, its diversity and economic progress. The mission of the GGCF is to contribute leadership and resources to enhance community life in Garden Grove.
