Peter Busby, 1993
Peter Busby said, “I approach art in the public realm from the perspective of inclusion and aim to create a vision of both timelessness and beauty. Such was my intent while creating the whale tails that are seen diving into a sea of grass at Alta Laguna Park.” The artist added, “This sculpture is representational of and inspirational to the environmental and cultural spirit of the community if Laguna Beach.”
