The Water Carrier

Multiple friezes are located in the upper niches of the exterior walls. Wall tiles are installed in relief on the retaining wall at the main entry at the southern end. The sculptural wall friezes incorporate elements of Michelangelo’s and Rodin’s neoclassical style and are entitled The Water Carrier, Day and Night, and Sea Horses.
