On the outside wall of the parking structure. The articulated metal forms and reflective color palatte in this artwork is an interpretation of the dynamic and fluid topographies formed along the Huntington Beach coastline. Inspired by the rising swales and the perpetual surf found along this historic 8-mile stretch of beach, the sculpture is influenced by both white capped waves and the occasional tranquil sea.
