This mural is installed inside the Link Shelter in Santa Ana, CA. It features a portrait of Judge Carter, popularly known for his work with homelessness in Orange County. The design also speaks to the battles we face in life and ultimately encourages residents to realize, “The Harder the Battle, the Sweeter the Victory”.
