Raitt Street Mural 

Sergio O’Cadiz Moctezuma, 1994

In July 2019, the mural was white washed by the property owner.

Mexican American artist Sergio O’Cadiz Moctezuma designed and painted Raitt Street Mural in 1994. It was funded through the city’s Safe Haven Youth Program. Moctezuma painted the mural with help from volunteers from the community consisting of adults and children.
