Planter box Art Series Kimberly Hooper was created by Kimberly Hooper.

The project was coordinated by the City’s Public Art Committee and the Parks and Recreation Department, the project painted more than 25 planter boxes in Old Town Tustin with various designs, some reflecting Tustin’s agricultural history.
