Irvine Fine Arts Center Beautification Project Planters and Receptacles is by Dawn Mendelson. Dawn taught two workshops at the Irvine Fine Arts Center where students created their own small mosaic, but they also contributed to a series of flower panels for planters and larger pieces for two trash receptacles in front of the Center.
