Zephyr by Ned Kahn is a kinetic sculpture that was installed on the outside of the Lakeshore Parking Structure. Ned Kahn is an environmental artist and sculptor, known for the museum exhibits he has built for the Exploratorium in San Franscisco. His works usually intend to capture an invisible aspect of nature and make it visible.
