Graffiti LA

The team of Graffiti LA worked with the team at Rollin Deep Ice Cream in Costa Mesa. With their roots in New York City, the shop wanted to incorporate the feeling of the gritty New York street art aesthetic and tell the story of their transition from the East to West Coast. This concept worked well with the artists because they had ties to the NYC graffiti culture before becoming based in Los Angeles. The Rollin Deep shop wanted elements of NYC (subways, Brooklyn Bridge, Skyline, etc.) mixing into landmarks of Los Angeles (the Pier, Hollywood Sign, Palm Trees, Freeways, etc.). Rollin Deep Ice Cream has closed and it is unclear whether they will open again.
