Delhi Center is a private, non-profit community-based organization established in 1969 whose mission is to advance self-sufficiency through sustainable programs in health, education, financial stability, and community engagement.

Delhi Center offers FREE and discounted classes for all ages, everything from Art to Zumba! After-school tutoring is provided through a partnership with the Santa Ana Public Library and computer skills and ESL classes through Centennial Education Center. Senior programs offer healthy socialization activities and we help families develop strategies for financial success.

​Delhi Center is home to an Orange County Head Start and is the lead agency on a Community Engagement Strategy, which trains and guides residents to take an active role in addressing safety issues in the neighborhood. The center also provides HIV Case Management and advocates to help residents resolve disputes with their phone and utility bills.

​Our facility serves as a venue for private and public events, such as conferences, expos, workshops, health fairs, employee events, wedding receptions, quinceañeras, and other functions to meet the community’s needs.
