Bouquet was completed by Sage Vaughn in 2019.

Bouquet takes the traditional idea of a “garden sculpture” and gives it a conceptual twist. Instead of placing a classical bronze figure within a manicured landscape, diverting the viewers focus away from the surrounding natural beauty, this piece is composed of floral shapes derived from the natural environment. The complex networks of negative spaces within the piece further encourage the viewer to gaze through the piece at its surroundings while observing the sculptural form itself.
