Lloyd Hamrol, 1983
Dedicated in 1983, a tribute to the City’s name meaning “Home by the River” the sculpture is designed to depict a meandering river and incorporating the use of smooth river stone. The adjacent sycamore trees are river bottom species and also tie into the City’s name.
