The Moulton Ranch Center’s (formerly the Cabot Town Center) mural Moulton Ranch Center Mural by Tim Smith captures the spirit of Orange County’s ranching heritage. Laguna Hill’s first mural was completed by Tim Smith, LCAD Graduate. This vista was created from historical images from the archive. It is located on the exterior of the Howard’s building.
