Ralph Tarzian, 2004

Funded by the lodging establishments and City of Laguna Beach
Public Art

Ralph Tarzian said “A sculptor is a person who is interested in the shape of things, one who is compelled by the form and shape of everything. I try to depict my pieces as a moment, frozen in time and space, figures that have withdrawn from the present into a more quiet place.” The location is nice as well. “I enjoy looking at all the people; it’s a hub, where the city is right there,” stated Ralph.
