Tower on the Green

Tower on the Green was created by Miles Folsum in 2002.

This clock tower is 43 feet tall. It is surrounded by custom light standards, banners and landscaping, and incorporates strawberry design elements. The steel clock tower is 30,000 lbs and the clock part of the tower is 12 feet by 12 feet. The strawberry sculptural pieces are cast iron.

The clock tower is located in Village Green Park and was a 1999 project by the Garden Grove Community Founation. The lead architect on the the project was Miles Folsum. The tower and light standards were fabricated by Green Giant Construction Company. The strawberry design elements are an homage to the annual Strawberry Festival. It was dedicated in 2002 and renovated in 2014.
