Artist Joshua Madrid says, “I have been working with this concentric design for about over 10 years now. Some people call them mandalas. They start in the center and work their way outwards. There are circles, straight lines, triangles, growing into each other and growing outwards. With the colors, it has a calming uplifting vibe and centers you and gives a peaceful message.” This building was a city owned building with a past mural on it, this mural replaced the one before that had fallen into decay.
