Baca Park offers a children’s play area with play structure, lawn volleyball, half-court basketball, picnic tables & benches, large & small open grassy play areas, and a walking path.

Fun Facts:  This park was originally referred to as Seagate or Sherwood Park.  On September 17, 2001, City Council voted to name this parkland John Baca Park.

Baca Park was named after John Baca, a Medal of Honor Recipient from the Vietnam War.
