ARCE OC: Death of Tutankhamun

Join the American Research Center for Egypt (ARCE) OC chapter presents Death of Tutankhamun with Dr. W. Benson Harer, Jr.

Dr Harer was the only physician allowed full access to the Tutankhamun CT scans other than Zahi Hawass’s select committee which voted 2 out of 3 to declare a broken leg as the cause of death.

His findings showed that he was embalmed without his heart and much of his chest wall, and that the injury which caused this was the true cause of death.

Dr. Harer, Jr. is an avid scholar of Ancient Egypt and practiced OB/GYN in San Bernardino and Riverside for almost 50 years.
