Nouveau Chamber Ballet: Stretch & Conditioning Class

Nouveau Chamber Ballet is now offering Stretch and Conditioning for Teens and Adults on Mondays at 5:30 pm with Janaina Faustino-Watkins. Floor exercises designed to increase overall strength, conditioning, and flexibility for the advanced dancer. Includes use of props such as therabands and foam rollers. Dancers must provide their own mat.
