Field of Honor

The Mission San Juan Capistrano and Homefront America present the return of Field of Honor for Memorial Day.  Join us and see the Mission’s Central Courtyard transform into an awe-inspiring Field of Honor of more than 450 (3′ x 5′) American flags, each standing seven-feet tall in solemn formation, waving proudly and magnificently in honor of military, veterans, first responders, including K-9 and equestrian Heroes. ⁠

This special week-long program will kick off on Tuesday, May 21st with a special Bell Ringing ceremony at Noon. The Mission will open its door on Memorial Day, Monday, May 27th with special hours (10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.). Regular admission pricing will be in effect. ⁠
