Native American History & Crafts with Jacque Tahuka Nunez

Join award-winning Jacque Tahuka Nunez, an Acjachemen descendant and cultural storyteller at Mission San Juan Capistrano on the 2nd Saturday of the month for Native American Storytelling and a take home craft from 12 noon to 2:00 p.m.  Jacque will lead a dynamic cultural presentation describing the lifestyle of the Acjachemen Nation, Orange County’s first people through hands-on activities.

At Mission San Juan Capistrano learn about Orange County’s first people, the Acjachemen Native Americans. Become educated in the contributions of the indigenous people that contributed to California’s history.  The Mission is committed to the preservation of their culture, past and present, remains a priority.
